Class Structure
Classes run from 45 min - 1 hour long (depending on age group).
All Students will be assigned a roll in a musical chosen for the specific group. During the following classes, children will learn their scripts, songs, dances, and sequence of acts during the musical.
At the end of each session, all the students will be performing the musical before an audience of Parents, Relatives, Friends, and anyone else who would like to attend.

Payment Information
- Tuition in one payment for the whole season is due at the beginning of the season.
- Checks, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash are accepted.
- Canceled classes (not including Legal Holidays) will be credited.
- There will not be any tuition adjustments due to Legal Holidays or missed classes.
Performances
- Each Student will have the opportunity to perform, and will be provided with a costume.
- Students are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance time. Special instructions will be given beforehand.
- Photography and Video is permitted, and will be taken during the performances.
- Videos and Photographs may be used on the chunga-changa.net website and will not be sold or distributed to any third party!

Waiver of Liability And Indemnity Agreement Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO), COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact.
The «Chunga-Changa» Theater (hereinafter referred to as CCT) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 following guidance and protocols issued by WHO, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the California Department of Social Services (SDSS) for preschool licensing. However, the CCT cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending the CCT could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19.
In accordance with the most recent guidance and protocols issued by WHO, CDC and CDSS, for slowing the transmission of COVID-19, I hereby agree, represent, and warrant that neither myself not participating child(ren) shall visit or utilize the facility, services, and programs of CCH within 14 days after (1) returning from areas subject to CDC Level 3 Travel Health Notice, (3) exposure to any person who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19.
I hereby agree, represent, and warrant that neither myself not participating child(ren) shall visit or utilize the facility of CCH if he or she (1) experiences symptoms of COVID-19, including, without limitation, fever, cough or shortness of breath, or (2) has a suspected of diagnosed/confirmed case of COVID-19. I voluntarily agree that absence time due to above reasons is considered as sick time and will not be refunded or prorated.
I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my chil(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in
connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at the CCT. On my behalf, and on behalf of my child(ren), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hld harmless the CCT, its director or representatives of and from CCT program, including all liabilities, claims, action, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any CCT program based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of CCT, its director or representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any CCT program.
I expressly and knowingly waive all rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her settlement with the debtor or released party”
I have read and understand terms of this Assumption of Risk,
